Song To Remember is a fully digital product. There is nothing physically shipped. Your custom song, along with any other items included in your order (such as lyrics or additional songs), is delivered directly to the email address you provide at checkout.
How Delivery Works
After you place your order, we begin working on your lyrics based on the details you submit.
You'll review and approve your lyrics before we produce your song preview.
Once you approve your preview and complete your purchase, your full order (your song file, lyrics, and any additional items included in your purchase) is delivered by email as downloadable files.
Delivery Timeframes
24-Hour Express Delivery: Your song will be emailed to you within 24 hours of order placement.
72-Hour Standard Delivery: Your song will be emailed to you within 72 hours of order placement.
Can't Find Your Email?
Delivery emails are sent directly from Song To Remember. If you don't see it in your inbox:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder
- Check your Promotions or Social tab (Gmail users)
- Search your inbox for "Song To Remember" or the email subject line from your order confirmation
Make sure the email address entered at checkout was correct
If you've checked all of the above and still can't locate your song, contact us at hello@songtoremember.co and we'll help resolve it right away.
No Physical Shipping
Because every product is digital, there are no shipping fees, tracking numbers, or physical delivery addresses required. Everything included in your order is yours to keep and download as soon as it's delivered.
